These terms cover any video, animation or website you order from Penrova Studio ("we", "us"). Penrova Studio is a brand of Galific Solutions Private Limited (CIN U72502UP2021PTC154258), Flat 504, 5th Floor, Block C, Green View Apartments, Village Garhi, Gautam Buddh Nagar, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301, India. By approving a quote or starting a monthly plan, you agree to them.

What we make

We make animated product videos and animated websites from the material you send us. Each quote or plan says what is included: length, formats, number of change rounds and expected delivery time.

Single videos

• Single videos are priced per video and paid upfront when you approve the quote.
• We send a storyboard before animating. Work starts once you approve it.
• Two rounds of changes are included. Further changes, or changes that alter the approved storyboard, may be quoted separately.
• Delivery times are estimates from storyboard approval and depend on you replying to our questions and reviews.

Monthly plan and fair use

• The monthly plan is billed in advance at the start of each billing month.
• The monthly plan includes one website for your brand at no extra cost. Its scope (pages and features) is agreed when you sign up.
• You can send unlimited requests. We work on one request at a time and start the next when you approve the last.
• "Unlimited" is subject to fair use. Typical output is 5 to 10 videos a month, depending on complexity. We may decline or separately quote requests that are much larger than a typical product video, such as long-form films or bulk batches.
• Unused capacity does not roll over to the next month.
• You can pause or cancel at any time. It takes effect at the end of the current billing month.

Websites

Websites are quoted per project. The quote sets out pages, features, payment milestones and what happens at handover, including hosting and domain responsibilities.

Your material

You confirm that you have the right to use everything you send us, including product photos, logos, fonts, music and copy, and that using them in your video does not infringe anyone else's rights.

Ownership and use

• Once the relevant invoice is paid in full, you own the final delivered files and can use them anywhere, without time limit.
• We keep ownership of our working files, templates, tools and methods. Project files can be supplied on request and may be charged for.
• Third-party assets such as stock music or fonts stay under their own licences, which we will tell you about.
• We may show the work in our portfolio and on social media unless you ask us in writing not to.

Payment

Invoices are payable in US dollars unless agreed otherwise. We may pause work on overdue accounts. Refunds follow our refund policy.

Liability

We do our work with reasonable care and skill. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project, or for the monthly plan, the fees paid in the month the issue arose. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or sales.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in force when you approve a quote, or at the start of a billing month, applies to that work.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Noida, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction.
