Refunds

Single videos

• If you cancel before we send the storyboard, you get a full refund.
• After you approve the storyboard, the video is in production and the payment is not refundable. We keep working within the included change rounds until the video matches what was approved.
• If we can't deliver what we agreed, we refund you in full.

Monthly plan

• Cancel or pause any time. It takes effect at the end of the current billing month, and you won't be charged again.
• The month already paid is not refunded, and the requests in progress continue until the month ends.
• If you cancel within 7 days of your first payment and we haven't delivered a video yet, we refund that first month in full.

Websites

Website projects are paid in stages set out in the quote. Stages already completed are not refundable. If the project stops early, you pay only for completed stages, and we hand over the work done so far.

How to ask

Email rajan@penrovastudio.com with your invoice number. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 working days.
