This page explains what Penrova Studio collects when you visit this site or work with us, and what we do with it. Penrova Studio is a brand of Galific Solutions Private Limited, Flat 504, 5th Floor, Block C, Green View Apartments, Village Garhi, Gautam Buddh Nagar, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301, India, which is responsible for your information.

What we collect

• When you send the enquiry form or email us: your name, email address, brand, website, the style you picked and whatever you choose to tell us.
• When you order: billing details, plus the material you send for the project, such as product photos, logos and copy.
• When you visit this site: this site sets no cookies and runs no analytics. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address as part of serving them.

How we use it

• To reply to you, quote, deliver and invoice the work you ask for.
• To follow up on a conversation you started or on our earlier email to you. You can ask us to stop at any time and we will.
• To keep the records the law requires for tax and accounting.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use your project material for anything other than your project and, unless you object, our portfolio.

Who we share it with

Only the services we need to run the studio: our website host Netlify (which receives enquiry form submissions), email, file storage, invoicing and payment providers. They process it on our behalf.

How long we keep it

Project files are kept for up to 12 months after delivery so we can make changes later, then deleted unless you ask us to keep them. Invoices and billing records are kept as long as tax law requires.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop emailing you. Write to rajan@penrovastudio.com and we will act on it within 30 days.
